Terms of use

These terms govern your use of miftahcapital.com. The most important points are in the first two sections, and they are there because this is a financial services company at an early stage.

Last updated 28 July 2026

This site does not offer financial services

Miftah Capital is not a bank, a lender or a licensed mortgage institution. It holds no banking, lending or mortgage licence in Nigeria or in any other jurisdiction.

We do not provide, approve or decline financing. Through MiHome we assess finance readiness and may introduce you to third-party finance partners, who make their own decisions on their own terms. An assessment, score or readiness certificate is not a guarantee that any partner will finance you.

Nothing on this website is an offer to provide financing, an invitation to apply for financing, or a commitment to finance any property. No agreement of any kind is formed by reading this site or submitting a form on it.

Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, tax or religious advice. You should take independent advice before making any financial decision.

Nothing on this website is an offer of securities or an invitation to invest in Miftah Capital.

Forward-looking statements

This website describes plans, targets and intentions — including expected processing times, product capabilities, expansion markets and phases of growth.

These are statements about what Miftah Capital intends to build, not descriptions of services that exist today. They depend on funding, regulatory approval, technical delivery and market conditions, and they may change or not happen at all.

Where a figure describes a target rather than a delivered result, we have said so on the page. Market data cited on this site is drawn from third-party sources and is not independently verified by us.

Shariah compliance

Miftah Capital's product is structured on the Musharakah Mutanaqisah contract. As of the date of these terms, no external Shariah board has certified any Miftah Capital product, and no Shariah Compliance Officer has been appointed.

Nothing on this site should be read as a Shariah certification, endorsement or fatwa. Formal Shariah supervision is being established, and we will state clearly on this site when it is in place.

You may read, print and share the content of this site for your own information and for legitimate business purposes.

  • Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage or impair it
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any related system
  • Do not submit false information, or another person's details, through our forms

Intellectual property

The Miftah Capital and MiHome names, logos, brand elements, text, design and layout of this site belong to Miftah Capital or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law. Using them without written permission is not permitted.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content may be out of date, and the site may be unavailable at times without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miftah Capital excludes liability for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this site or from any inability to access it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes relating to them are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the company and its regulatory position change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
